Initial Comments:
This report is for new equipment, One (1) Performa 300 and 350 three-section high-low treatment table from Performance Health; One (1) Prometheus Pathway CTS 2000Pelvic Muscle Rehab Biofeedback Unit; One (1) EarthLite pregnancy and prone cushion with headrest and Patient Care supplies: bolster for under knees, hand held mirror, vaginal dilators muscle roller, beginning on April 1, 2024. The Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
